1 Scissor feet

Lie flat on the bed, keep your legs together and upright, then open your legs to the sides (like a pair of scissors), stay for a few seconds and then retract them.

2. Get off the chair after a meal

If you often sit on a chair immediately after lunch, the fat will unconsciously gather in the lower body. Therefore, the first step to get ostrich legs is to get up from the stool and stand for at least 15 minutes immediately after a meal.

3. Tap the Gallbladder Meridian

Since tapping the gallbladder meridian can accelerate its activity and expel the waste accumulated on the outer side of the thigh, this exercise will directly reduce the fat on the buttocks and outer thighs. In about one to two months, you will feel that your trouser legs have become larger.

4. Air Bike

A very effective local exercise for slimming your legs. You can just do it for a few minutes in bed before going to bed at night. Lie down, lift your feet up, and do it like pedaling a bicycle. Do it a dozen to 100 times. After finishing, spread your legs about 80 degrees, and do it 80 times in total. This method is very effective for the flesh at the base of the thighs.

7. Fasting after exercise
