Moderate Dependence: 1) Cumulative alcohol consumption per day: 250ml < liquor < 500ml. Or 4-8 bottles of beer. 2) The formal drinking history is between 4 and 8 years and the aggravation history is between 1 and 2 years. 3) Unable to control drinking and drinking alone more often. 4) Daily drinking becomes the most important thing in life. 5) There is stealing and hiding of alcohol. 6) Once you stop drinking, you will feel unwell, panic, palpitations, sweating, restlessness, etc. The symptoms will be relieved after drinking. 7) The body is thin, and there are reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort. 8) Work and family life are greatly affected by drinking. 9) Want to quit drinking but unable to quit. 10) Sometimes you don’t drink at other times, but once you do drink, you drink large doses for several days in a row until your body can’t take it anymore, and then you drink again after a break of half a month, a month or even longer. Triple Dependency: 1) The cumulative alcohol consumption per day is >500ml of liquor or more than 8 bottles of beer. 2) The formal drinking history is more than 8 years, and the aggravation period is more than 2 years. 3) Drink alcohol on an empty stomach every morning. 4) Drink every day, get drunk every time, do not eat after drinking, and become weak. 5) Hand shaking, sweating, insomnia, and walking in a diagonal or S-shaped manner. 6) Forced abstinence from alcohol has been ineffective or the patient has been hospitalized for multiple times due to physical problems caused by drinking. 7) Complications such as gastric bleeding, hypertension, cerebellar atrophy, fatty liver, alcoholic liver, cirrhosis, and femoral head necrosis have occurred due to drinking. 8) Personality changes have occurred, such as suspicion, temper changes, lack of sense of responsibility for the family, and indifference to family members (wife and children). 9) Losing interest in everything and not wanting to interact with others.
