So, do such glasses really exist?

1. Wear glasses properly

After we become nearsighted, since we need to use our eyes, we must measure ourselves carefully before getting glasses and find the lenses that suit us. We should not wear other people's glasses casually. Prevent yourself from looking at things without wearing glasses and then looking hard, which will make the degree worse.

2. Wear glasses at different times

We can wear glasses when we are working or looking at things. If we are relaxing and not using our eyes, we can try not to wear glasses. Let your eyes rest too.

3. Do eye exercises

The main purpose of doing eye exercises is to relieve our fatigue, because excessive eye fatigue will more easily cause our myopia to worsen. Therefore, when we work for more than two hours in a row, we should take a break in the middle to give our eyes some buffer time and do eye exercises. Don't let your eyes get too tired.

4. Prevention with medication

We can buy some eye drops or eye patches and use them on our eyes, which can also protect our eyes. Currently, there are many eye protection machines, and we can choose the better ones and use them as our daily prevention. Let us not let the degree of our eyes get worse.

5. Choose a good environment

If our working environment is dark or gloomy all day long, and we are always working under the light and not exposed to sunlight for a long time, we should pay more attention. If we cannot choose to change the environment, we should pay attention to our eye health. If possible, it would be best to change jobs and change to a better environment.

6. Right Habits

We also need to develop good habits, not lying down to read, not watching TV for a long time, and not sitting in front of the computer desk for a long time with our eyes fixed on the screen. Also, don't rush to seek medical treatment when you are sick. You must understand your own situation clearly and don't believe in any exaggerated claims of therapeutic effects.

7. Keep Persisting

Protecting your eyes from getting dizzier cannot be achieved overnight. We need time as a guarantee. We cannot be like this, working hard for two days and then drying our nets for three days. We must persist. Even if we are very tired, we must tell ourselves that for the sake of our eyes, we cannot indulge ourselves.
