After one month, walking with the plaster is performed to strengthen functional exercises. If the pulsation of the dorsalis pedis and posterior tibial arteries disappears, vascular exploration should be performed after joint reduction. If there is embolism, it should be removed and the blood vessels should be torn off and anastomosed. If docking is not possible, a great saphenous vein transplant can be performed.
