6. Attention diversion method: When anger rises, consciously shift your attention from negative emotions to meaningful aspects, which can relieve your emotions. Or participating in cultural and sports activities can also help divert unpleasant emotions and give you some spiritual sustenance.

7. Environmental adjustment method: When you encounter negative emotions, leave your environment and go to nature. The beautiful mountains and waters of nature can often shock people's hearts. When you climb a high mountain, you will feel your mind open up. Looking out to sea, you’ll feel a sense of detachment. When you walk into the forest, you will feel everything is so fresh. These wonderful feelings are often inducers of good emotions. Nature can make people open-minded, happy both physically and mentally, and has a good effect on regulating psychological activities.
