What foods are good for pigmentation caused by burns

We usually use hot water almost every day, and we also come into contact with many hot things from time to time, so occasional burns are inevitable. However, the pigmentation that occurs after burns is indeed a problem that bothers many people. As for the dietary therapy for pigmentation caused by burns, I would like to share with you some of my little methods.

What should patients with burns and scalds eat? They should eat more foods containing collagen, such as: pig's feet, soybeans, and drink more bone soup! Because collagen can promote cell regeneration. Try not to eat things with soy sauce after scabbing, as scars are easy to leave marks. Generally, it is recommended to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables within the early 3-6 months of wound healing, and foods with relatively high content of vitamin C and E will not easily form scars on the skin.

In addition, irritating foods such as wine, pepper, lamb, raw garlic, ginger, mustard, coffee, etc. can also promote scar growth. If you take medicines containing lead or mercury, it will promote pigmentation; sun protection should not be ignored. Especially in midsummer, the sun is hot and abundant, and the new skin is tender and can hardly resist the radiation of ultraviolet rays in the sun, so it is easy to form pigmentation; cosmetics, soap, etc. should not come into contact with wounds. Because various cosmetics inevitably contain heavy metals such as lead, mercury, silver, and photosensitive substances, they will stimulate the increase of skin pigmentation.

Dietary treatment for burns and scalds: 30 grams of young willow branches, 2 fresh lotus leaves, 20 grams of young green onion, 1 placenta, and appropriate amount of mashed garlic. Preparation and administration: First, remove the fascia of the placenta, rinse it clean, cut it into small pieces of 2cm2, put it into a casserole, add tender willow branches, fresh lotus leaves and tender green onion, then add appropriate amount of water and salt, simmer until the meat is cooked, take out the placenta, pinch it with garlic paste and serve, about 30 grams each time, once in the morning and evening. Functional analysis: The cause of early burns and scalds is that heat toxins invade the skin and meridians of the human body. The main symptoms are redness, swelling, pain and fever.

This medicinal diet uses willow branches to cool blood and relieve pain, lotus leaves to clear heat from the skin, and green onions and garlic to eliminate heat and toxicity. Due to sudden stimulation, patients often suffer from a decrease in body resistance, so placenta is used to nourish their vital energy. This dietary therapy is usually used within one week after burns or boils, and it is very effective, so it is widely circulated among the people. A folk recipe for treating burns and scalds: Burn an appropriate amount of dog bones into charcoal, grind them into fine powder, add sesame oil to make a paste, and apply it to the burned area 3 times a day. Recipe 2: 30 grams of white sugar and 3 grams of borneol, grind into fine powder, mix with sesame oil, apply to the wound 4 times a day, it has a certain therapeutic effect on mild burns. Recipe 3: Cut the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Take an appropriate amount of the pulp and add a little Glauber's salt. Mash it into a paste. Apply it to the wound once a day. It has an analgesic effect. Fourth recipe: Take an appropriate amount of mung bean skin and fry it until it turns yellow. Add a little borneol, grind it into fine powder, and sprinkle it on the burn wound. It has the effects of relieving fever, preventing infection, and protecting the wound.

Pigmentation caused by burns can also be lightened by whitening skin care products. Eating more foods that help whiten and lighten scars on a daily basis is very helpful for the pigmentation caused by burns. Be careful not to eat dark-colored foods, as they are very detrimental to the lightening of scars. I hope the above knowledge will be of some help to you. I wish you good health.
