What to eat to regulate and maintain sub-health

With the continuous advancement of the pace of life and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, many young people often stay up late due to the pressure of life and do not have a balanced eating habit. In the long run, they often feel listless, with a dull complexion, etc. This phenomenon has begun to tend towards a sub-healthy state. Regarding what to eat to regulate and maintain sub-health, I would like to share my insights with you.

1. Lung Qi Deficiency

People with this condition have symptoms such as shortness of breath, sweating, and susceptibility to colds. They can eat foods such as lily, honey, white fungus, red dates, oranges, and almonds for a long time.

2. Spleen Yang Deficiency

Symptoms include constipation, abdominal distension, intestinal rumbling, belching, etc. People with this disease should eat yam, lotus seeds, lily, hawthorn, coix seed rice, and maltose for a long time.

3. Kidney Yang Deficiency

Symptoms include low back pain, weak knees, chills, cold limbs, dizziness, tinnitus, premature graying of hair and beard, and sexual decline. People with this disease consume mutton, sesame, walnuts, beans and bean products, and nuts for a long time.

4. Obesity and fatigue

There are many people who are too obese, and being overweight not only causes physical fatigue, but also mental fatigue. At this time, you should eat less starchy and sugary foods, and it is advisable to eat vegetables and fruits such as radishes, cabbages, white cabbages, green peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms for a long time.

5. Disturbed state

If the patient suffers from insomnia, dizziness, and irritability, he or she should eat foods that nourish the heart and calm the nerves for a long time, such as boiled longan meat, sour jujube seeds, and cypress seeds.

6. Neurasthenia

The symptoms include decreased vision, memory loss, clumsy movements, etc. People with this disease should eat porridge made with lotus seeds, longan meat, lily, jujube, glutinous rice, etc. for a long time. If the neurasthenia is caused by blood deficiency and tension, you can eat mulberries, or you can take it decocted with cooked rehmannia and white peony root.

For sub-health conditioning and health care, whether it is diet therapy or Chinese medicine conditioning, we must develop good living habits, pay more attention to light diet and balanced nutrition in daily life. Only with a good mentality and reasonable sleep can we avoid the approach of sub-health and the body can be truly healthy. I hope my answer is helpful to you. I wish you health and happiness.
