Cleaning the water dispenser

Cleaning the water dispenser

Now is the era of electrification, so every family has a computer, TV, water dispenser, etc. As for water dispensers, they are indispensable for every household. Because the water quality in many areas is not very good, healthy water can be obtained after filtering through a water dispenser. But people don't know much about the problem of cleaning water dispensers.

Many people always ignore the cleaning and disinfection of water dispensers, especially water dispensers in public places, which can easily cause secondary pollution of water if they are not cleaned regularly. If a household does not clean or disinfect a water dispenser for a long time, it can also affect the water quality. Here we will introduce to you how to clean a water dispenser.

1. Turn off the power of the water dispenser and remove the water bucket (there is water in the water dispenser at this time); put the water dispenser in the cleaning work area, connect the power supply, and turn on the heating switch.

2. Remove the smart seat, take 50 grams of food-grade citric acid, fully dissolve it and pour it into the heating tank, repeat the cycle several times. Use food-grade citric acid to clean and soak the inner tank to decompose the scale residue in the heating tank. After soaking for 5-10 minutes, turn off the power of the water dispenser, and then drain the residual water in the water dispenser.

3. Use professional cleaning equipment, insert the water supply pipe into the water inlet under the smart seat, connect the return water to the water outlet of the water dispenser, open the water outlet tap, and form a closed high-pressure circulation path.

4. Start the water circulation system, ozone disinfection system and ultraviolet sterilization system simultaneously, so that ozone can be integrated into the circulating water and the circulating water return system is sterilized by ultraviolet irradiation continuously.

5. Follow steps 3 and 4 for the cold and hot tanks respectively, and clean and disinfect them for about 5-10 minutes.

6. Open the drain port on the back or bottom of the water dispenser to drain all the water in the machine.

7. Use a 150° high-temperature and high-pressure steam spray gun to thoroughly clean and disinfect the water dispenser body.

8. Put the water dispenser back in place and put the water bucket in.

Now you know how to clean a water dispenser. Now that you know how to clean and disinfect a water dispenser, I hope you can clean your own water dispenser regularly so that you can drink healthy water and avoid water pollution that may cause harm to your body.
