Early symptoms of malignant lymphoma

Early symptoms of malignant lymphoma:

Malignant lymphoma is a malignant tumor that occurs in the lymph nodes and their vicinity, and is caused by lymphocyte lesions. The main manifestations are painless lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and all tissues and organs of the body, accompanied by fever, night sweats, weight loss, itching and other systemic symptoms.

The cause of malignant lymphoma is viral factors. Human lymphoma was first confirmed to be related to Epstein-Barr virus infection. Another important discovery is the viral cause of adult T-cell lymphoma. Many patients with primary immunodeficiency and acquired immunodeficiency AIDS are also prone to lymphoma and other tumors, especially patients with Epstein-Barr virus infection, who have a higher incidence of lymphoma. Helicobacter pylori Hp not only causes chronic gastritis and gastric cancer, but also leads to a high incidence of gastric lymphoma. Malignant lymphoma can also be caused by environmental factors.

Most malignant lymphomas first invade the surface and/or mediastinal, retroperitoneal, and mesenteric lymph nodes, and a few may originate from extranodal organs. More patients present with painless cervical lymphadenopathy in the early stages, and lymph nodes are also found in other parts of the body. They can range from soybeans to dates, with medium hardness, toughness, uniformity, and fullness, and are generally not adhered to the skin. In the early and middle stages, they can move. In the later stages, lymph nodes can grow to a large size or fuse into large masses with a diameter of more than 20 cm. Some patients start with multiple lymphadenopathy, and it is difficult to determine the initial site.
