I have a pimple on my anus

Anal diseases are also relatively common. Since people defecate every day, anal hygiene is very important. However, some people do not pay attention to the hygiene of their anus. They do not pay attention to cleaning after defecation, or their underwear is not good, which will directly affect the health of the anus. Sometimes you may find something growing in your anus, so what should you do if a lump grows next to your anus?

1. General treatment for a pimple near the anus

For most early hemorrhoids, including thrombosis and incarcerated hemorrhoids. Pay attention to your diet, avoid alcohol and spicy foods, increase fiber foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, change bad bowel habits, keep bowel movements smooth, take laxatives when necessary, and clean the anus.

For prolapsed hemorrhoids, be careful to gently push the hemorrhoids back with your hands to prevent them from falling out again. Avoid sitting or standing for long periods of time, do appropriate exercise, take a sitz bath with warm water (which may contain potassium permanganate) before going to bed, etc.

2. Local medication treatment for a pimple near the anus

It has been widely used, and the medicines include suppositories, ointments and lotions, most of which contain Chinese herbal ingredients.

3. Injection therapy for a pimple near the anus

It is more effective for grade I and II bleeding internal hemorrhoids; the sclerosant is injected around the venous plexus in the submucosal layer to cause inflammatory reaction and fibrosis, thereby compressing and closing the varicose veins; the treatment can be repeated after one month to avoid injecting the sclerosant into the mucosal layer and causing necrosis.

4. Daily care for a pimple near the anus

“Everything is coarse and coarse”, roughly processed foods contain more nutrients and dietary fiber, which are suitable for patients with constipation or hemorrhoids and help to facilitate smooth bowel movements.

Correct bad eating habits. Long-term drinking not only damages the liver, but also promotes the formation of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoid patients should quit drinking and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

Treat the underlying disorder. For patients with systemic chronic diseases, attention should be paid to nutrient supplementation and treatment.

Don't go to the toilet too soon, take a hot bath frequently, keep your anus clean and promote blood circulation.

Causes of pimples around the anus

1. Anal infection

Failure to pay attention to hygiene in the anal area can lead to acute and chronic infections and inflammation, insufficient resistance, and gradual worsening of varicose veins, resulting in hemorrhoids.

2. Local stimulating diet

Irritation of the anus, such as exposure to cold or heat, excessive drinking or spicy food, can irritate the anus and rectum, causing congestion of the hemorrhoidal venous plexus, affecting blood return and causing a decrease in the resistance of the venous wall.

3. Increased anal venous pressure

The anal venous pressure increases due to certain reasons, such as cirrhosis, liver congestion and incomplete compensation of cardiac function, which will cause the anal veins to become congested and the pressure to increase, affecting the blood return of the rectal veins.

4. Increased intra-abdominal pressure

Intra-abdominal tumors, uterine tumors, overeating or sitting on the toilet for too long may increase intra-abdominal pressure and cause blood reflux.

5. Genetic relationship

The occurrence of external hemorrhoids may be somewhat related to genetics. For example, if the venous wall is congenitally weak, the resistance is reduced, and the pressure inside the blood vessels gradually expands.

In short, the hemorrhoidal venous plexus is first inflamed due to acute or chronic infection, and the elastic tissue of the venous wall gradually becomes fibrotic and weakened, resulting in insufficient resistance, which leads to expansion and varicose veins. Combined with other reasons, the varicose veins gradually worsen and form hemorrhoids.
