1. Diagnosis based on symptoms: Patients with ovarian tumor syndrome have very regular menstruation, with a cycle of 3 to 6 months or a year. A few people have excessive menstrual flow or irregular bleeding. Patients with ovarian tumor syndrome often have small pimples, mainly distributed on the face, around the breasts, and lower abdomen.

2. Hormone measurement: LH and FSH are abnormal, FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) is at a low level, LH (luteinizing hormone) is high, forming LH/FSH ≥ 2 ~ 3, and androgen (T) levels are increased.

3. Laparoscopic examination: It can be directly seen that the bilateral ovaries are multicystic and enlarged, and the capsule is thickened and grayish white.

4. Retroperitoneal pneumatic radiography and hysterosalpingography: The purpose is to observe the shape and size of the ovaries and adrenal glands to identify the cause of hyperhormonal disease. Gynecological examination can palpate enlarged ovaries that are cystic.

5. B-ultrasound: It can be seen that the ovaries on both sides are symmetrically enlarged, and there are multiple small cysts in the ovaries, with different sizes and diameters of 2 to 6 mm, mainly distributed around the ovarian cortex.

Ovarian tumors can cause great harm, and the ovaries are located in a very important position. When the disease is discovered, it must be treated actively to avoid more serious consequences.
