So, I want to know how to treat the sequelae of radiotherapy for endometrial cancer. The clinical manifestations are as follows:

(2) Vaginal discharge: Endometrial cancer tissue necrosis and shedding can cause exudate to be discharged through the vagina. It may be rice soup-like and mixed with blood or purulent with a foul odor.

(3) Pain: This often occurs in late-stage patients due to the tumor compressing the nerves. The pain may occur in the lower abdomen in the lumbar region and may radiate to the legs.

(4) There are usually no obvious abnormalities in the early stage of examination; in the late stage, the uterus may become enlarged and soft; in postmenopausal women, the uterus does not shrink or enlarge, and a metastatic mass can be felt in the pelvic cavity.
