Which stage of cervical cancer is the most serious

How many stages are there for cervical cancer? Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology, and the incidence rate is very high. Patients with cervical cancer have many symptoms, and patients should go to the hospital for detailed examinations after symptoms appear. Clinically, cervical cancer is generally divided into five stages. The following is a systematic introduction by experts.

How many stages are there for cervical cancer? Experts point out that the metastasis of cervical cancer can spread directly to adjacent tissues and organs, downward to the vaginal vault and vaginal wall, upward to the uterine body, to the sides to invade the pelvic tissue, forward to invade the bladder, and backward to invade the rectum. It can also metastasize to the paracervical, internal iliac, external iliac, and inguinal lymph nodes through lymphatic vessels, and even metastasize to the supraclavicular and other lymph nodes throughout the body in the late stage. Hematogenous metastasis is relatively rare, and common metastatic sites are the lungs, liver, and bones. When the symptoms of cervical cancer appear three months later, 2/3 of the patients have advanced cancer. Gynecological cancers such as cervical cancer are actually around us. Experts believe that regular gynecological examinations are essential for disease prevention and treatment.

As for the stages of cervical cancer, experts said that the clinical stages of cervical cancer are as follows: Stage I: Cancer is limited to the cervix (regardless of whether the uterine body is invaded). Stage II: The cancer has spread beyond the cervix, but has not infiltrated the pelvic wall. The cancer has involved the vagina, but has not reached the lower third. Stage III: The cancer has infiltrated the pelvic wall, and there is no gap between the tumor and the pelvic wall during rectal examination; the tumor has involved the lower third of the vagina; those with hydronephrosis or renal insufficiency are all in stage III, excluding hydronephrosis or renal insufficiency caused by or other reasons. Stage IV: The cancer has spread beyond the true pelvis, or clinically invaded the bladder or rectal mucosa.

At present, the most serious stage of cervical cancer is the advanced stage, which is the fifth stage. Experts recommend an authoritative therapy: "CIK" therapy. The most significant effect of "CIK therapy" is that it can regenerate a new, normal or even younger cell, tissue or organ. In this way, people can use their own or others' stem cells and stem cell-derived tissues and organs to replace diseased or aged tissues and organs, and can be widely used to treat a variety of intractable diseases that are difficult to treat with traditional medical methods. "CIK therapy" is a cell biological therapy that uses bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and uses professional technology to separate, extract and purify cells, so that cells with high purity, high activity and high concentration can be used for clinical treatment; through high-end interventional technology, cells are injected into the lesion, so that the cells can play the best therapeutic role in the shortest time.
