TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is often classified as "menorrhea", "five-color bands", etc. The syndrome differentiation and treatment of cervical cancer patients in traditional Chinese medicine are as follows:

1. Insufficient Qi and Blood

Symptoms: Stagnation of Qi and blood in the internal organs is the source of tumors. Patients often show symptoms of weight loss, drowsiness, pale complexion, palpitations, shortness of breath, lack of physical strength, sweating during exercise, and not drinking much when dry mouth. The pulse is deep, thin and weak, weak and rootless, and the tongue is dark red.

Treatment: Replenish Qi and blood, nourish the liver and kidneys.

2. Phlegm-dampness condensation type

Symptoms: abdominal distension, stomach fullness, occasional nausea, puffy face, fatigue, slippery pulse, dark tongue, greasy white fur.

Treatment: Strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, resolve phlegm and soften hard masses.

3. Qi stagnation and blood stasis type

Symptoms: fatigue, pale complexion, emaciation, discolored skin and nails, abdominal mass, hard and fixed mass, abdominal distension and pain, difficulty in defecation and urination, and scanty and yellow urine.

Treatment: Promote qi and blood circulation, soften and disperse lumps.

4. Damp-heat stagnation type

Symptoms: Due to depression, depression and fire, hot blood and tumor diseases, patients generally show morbid drowsiness, abdominal distension, dry mouth, no desire to drink, dry stool, yellow urine with fever, irregular vaginal bleeding. The pulse is stringy and sliding, and the tongue is dark.

Treatment: Clear away heat and dampness, detoxify and resolve stagnation.
