Experts explain that genetic factors account for about 20% of endometrial cancer patients' family history. Women with this disease in their family have a much higher incidence of endometrial cancer than ordinary women, so women with a family history should pay special attention. However, this does not mean that women with a family history will definitely develop endometrial cancer, but the chance of getting the disease is higher.

Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer. It is usually a small to moderate amount of bleeding. Due to the blockage of the cervical canal, pus will accumulate in the uterine cavity, and the lower abdomen will experience distension and cramp-like pain. In the early stage, there may be only a small amount of bloody leucorrhea, but in the late stage, a large amount of foul-smelling pus and blood will be discharged. If pus accumulates in the cervical cavity, it will cause fever, abdominal pain, and leukocytosis, and the disease will deteriorate very quickly.
