What are the causes of vomiting in gallbladder cancer

Nearly half of patients with early-stage cardia cancer have no clinical symptoms, and only some have mild indigestion symptoms, such as upper abdominal pain, slight fullness, pain, nausea, belching, etc. These symptoms are not unique to cardia cancer, but can be seen in chronic gastritis, ulcer disease, functional indigestion, and even in normal people occasionally. If a patient has long-term vomiting, there is a high possibility that he has gallbladder cancer.

1. More than 80% of patients experience upper abdominal pain.

2. About 1/3 of patients experience stomach bloating, upper abdominal discomfort, loss of appetite, indigestion, and heartburn.

3. Although one-third of patients do not have obvious digestive system symptoms, they may experience unexplained weight loss, emaciation, and fatigue.

4. Some patients experience symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, vomiting, belching or black stools

The most common symptoms of early cardiac cancer are upper abdominal discomfort, such as mild stomach pain, bloating and heaviness, and sometimes dull pain in the pit of the stomach. Initially, it is often diagnosed as gastritis or ulcer disease and treated, and the symptoms may be temporarily relieved. If the lesion occurs in the gastric antrum, changes in duodenal function may occur, rhythmic pain, and symptoms similar to ulcer disease may occur. It is also easy to be misdiagnosed as duodenal ulcer and delay treatment. However, these symptoms will recur after a period of time. Therefore, anyone with upper abdominal discomfort symptoms, if accompanied by other high-risk factors, or recurring after treatment, must be vigilant and do further examinations in order to detect and treat it early.

Anorexia, poor appetite, nausea and vomiting, bloating after eating, belching, acid reflux and other indigestion symptoms are also a group of common but non-specific early signs of cardiac cancer. Anorexia may be an early symptom of cardiac cancer, and it is not accompanied by stomach pain. If it occurs at the same time as stomach pain and hepatitis can be ruled out, it should be taken seriously. Some patients automatically restrict their daily diet due to abdominal distension and belching after eating, resulting in weight loss, emaciation and fatigue. Early symptoms of cardiac cancer may also include a feeling of fullness after eating accompanied by mild nausea. Cardiac tumors may cause difficulty in eating at the beginning, and gradually develop into difficulty in swallowing and food reflux. Further development of antral cancer may cause vomiting due to pyloric obstruction.
