Some skin cancers may be butterfly-shaped, with more obvious infiltration into the deep part and extremely destructive.

2. Skin cancer often grows rapidly in a short period of time. It usually occurs on the lower lip, tongue, nose, vulva, and the junction of skin and mucous membrane. The ulcer edge is high, red and hard, ring-shaped, cauliflower-shaped, and the surrounding inflammatory reaction is obvious. The symptoms of skin cancer often include regional lymphadenopathy. 3. Basal cell carcinoma of skin cancer is usually asymptomatic. The symptoms of early skin cancer are mostly plaque-like papules with hard bases. Some skin cancer symptoms may present as wart-like protrusions, which then break into ulcers. They are irregular, with raised edges, like craters, with uneven bottoms, and grow slowly. First, translucent nodules with raised edges appear shallowly in the ulcer, which gradually expands and erodes the surrounding tissues and organs, becoming erosive ulcers.
