Bird's Nest, Snow Fungus and Honey

Ingredients: 10g dry bird's nest, 15g snow fungus, 15-24g honey.

Method: 1. Soak the dried bird's nest in room temperature water for 6 to 8 hours, with the ratio of bird's nest to soaking water being 1:30 to 1:50;

2. Soak the snow fungus in water at room temperature, clean it, put it in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, and cook it over low heat until it is slightly dissolved;

3. Tear the swollen Dragon Love Bird's Nest into strips, put them into the pot together with the soaking water, cook until the water boils and then turn to low heat for 3 to 5 minutes;

4. Add 15-24 grams of honey and drink it while warm.

Efficacy: Suitable for patients with yin deficiency, blood heat, dry mouth and thirst after radiotherapy.
