Skin cancer can be detected from papules

Skin cancer can be detected from papules. The characteristics and properties of some papules can easily identify the disease. Do you know what the symptoms of skin cancer are? This is also a question that people ask a lot. Let the experts explain it to you in detail.

The main symptoms of skin cancer are:

1. Squamous cell carcinoma is more common in people aged 30 to 50, while basal cell carcinoma is more common in people over 50. The symptoms of skin cancer are that the former develops quickly and often grows rapidly in a short period of time; the latter is slow. Squamous cell carcinoma is prone to occur on the lower lip, tongue, nose, vulva, and is often found at the junction of the skin and mucous membranes. The ulcer has a raised edge, is red and hard, and is ring-shaped and cauliflower-like in appearance. The surrounding inflammatory reaction is significant, and there are often regional lymphadenopathy. Basal cell carcinoma is prone to occur in the orbit, inner canthus, nose, cheek, forehead, and back of the hand; the ulcer has a waxy, nodular, and rolled edge, and some are black. The inflammatory reaction is mild or absent, and metastasis is very rare. It mainly infiltrates into deep tissues. These are all symptoms of skin cancer.

2. Squamous cell carcinoma is often transformed from keratosis, leukoplakia and other precancerous diseases. It grows fast and forms ulcers in the early stage. Some are nodular or cauliflower-shaped, with less invasion into the deep part and a movable base; some are butterfly-shaped, with more obvious infiltration into the deep part, great destructiveness, and often involving bones. The symptoms of skin cancer are that squamous cell carcinoma is often accompanied by purulent infection, accompanied by stench and pain. Regional lymph node metastasis is common, and a huge squamous cell carcinoma in the head has an extremely foul odor, more purulent secretions, and is prone to bleeding; when cervical lymph node metastasis occurs, the site of the disease is the junction of the mucosa and skin. Squamous cell carcinoma develops fastest, and patients with mucosal disease are more likely to metastasize. These are all symptoms of skin cancer.

3. Basal cell carcinoma is often asymptomatic at the onset. In the early stage, it is mostly a hard plaque papule with a base, and some are wart-like protrusions, which then break into ulcers. They are irregular, with raised edges, like craters, and uneven bottoms, and grow slowly. Metastasis is rare. First, a translucent nodular protrusion with a shallow ulcer appears, which then gradually expands and can erode surrounding tissues and organs, becoming an erosive ulcer. This is a symptom of skin cancer.

The above is the explanation given by experts on the symptoms of skin cancer. I hope it can help you answer your questions. Experts remind everyone that if you suffer from any disease in your daily life, you must not delay treatment. This is very dangerous. Some diseases will worsen or cause other diseases.
