Tonsils are a critical part and are very important to our body. We should know about the care of tonsils. The acupoints of tonsils are the places to massage the tonsils. Only by finding the acupoints can we ensure a certain therapeutic effect. At the same time, we can also avoid some problems and complications that cause burden and impact on our body.

Finally, use the ulnar edge of the palm to rub the Yongquan points on the soles of both feet back and forth for 2 minutes, until the points are warmed through.

(4) Sit down and use the tip of the middle finger to gently massage the Futu (near the Adam's apple on the outside of the neck, between the anterior and posterior edges of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, Figure 18-1), Tiantu, and Yifeng points for 1 minute each; then use the thumb, index finger, and middle finger to pinch the throat skin 30 times.
