Reflexology Zone Therapy

With the reform and opening up, this traditional method of treating diseases has returned to the motherland. Thanks to the efforts of many experts and scholars, the application of traditional Chinese medicine theories and methods has revitalized foot reflexology therapy both in theory and in the application of specific operating techniques, and has once again taken the leading position in this field in the world. From the perspective of bioholography, the foot area is equivalent to a holographic embryo that reflects information from the entire body. Because the feet are densely populated with blood vessels and nerves, the three yin and three yang meridians of the foot are interconnected in the feet and connected to the whole body through the meridian system. Therefore, the feet are a place where information from the human body is relatively concentrated. Various physiological and pathological information can be manifested in the feet. In clinical application, certain reflex areas are selected for combination according to different diseases. Through the stimulation of the foot reflex areas by massage techniques and scraping therapy, the functions of the corresponding organs, meridians, qi and blood can be adjusted, thereby achieving the purpose of treating the disease.
