Which part should I massage for dizziness

Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to their bodies, and want to take good care of their bodies to live a better life. Therefore, many people will become anxious as soon as there is a little problem with their bodies, and try their best to treat and solve the physical problems. Some people often feel dizzy, but because all medicines are toxic, they don’t want to solve the problem by taking medicine. Many people want to be treated through traditional Chinese medicine. Which part of the body can be massaged to relieve the symptoms of dizziness?

1. What is the cause of dizziness?

1. Cerebral dizziness. It is seen in cerebral blood circulation disorders caused by cerebral arteriosclerosis (such as basilar artery sclerosis) or cervical spondylosis, or the transient cerebral ischemia caused by this. Its clinical characteristics are three major symptoms: dizziness, sleep disorders, and memory loss, as well as occipital headache, mild paralysis, speech disorders, and emotional irritability. The disease generally develops slowly. The characteristic of this type of dizziness is that it is easy to occur or worsen when the body position changes.

2. Cardiac dizziness. It can be seen in acute cardiogenic cerebral ischemia syndrome, which is acute cerebral ischemia caused by cardiac arrest, paroxysmal tachycardia, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, and ventricular fibrillation, which can manifest as dizziness, blurred vision, stomach discomfort, syncope, etc.

3. Vascular inhibition dizziness. It is often triggered by emotional tension, pain, fear, bleeding, hot weather, fatigue, cavity, insomnia, etc. Patients often experience autonomic nervous system dysfunction such as dizziness, vertigo, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, pale complexion, cold sweats, etc. At that time, blood pressure dropped and pulse was weak. Vasoinhibitory dizziness is more common in frail young women. Orthostatic hypotension refers to symptoms such as dizziness, blurred vision, weak legs, vertigo, and even fainting when standing, often accompanied by anorexia and urinary and bowel disorders.

2. Where can dizziness be relieved by massage?

For vertigo, the first thing to do is to repeatedly press the Baihui, Qiaoyin, Jiaosun, Yifeng points on the head, and Tianzhu, Fengchi, Wangu and other acupoints on the neck. These are indispensable positions for treating abnormal blood circulation. For chronic vertigo, acupuncture can be performed on the Tianzhu and Fengchi points for better results. In addition, you can also press the Jianjing, Xinshu, Ganshu, Shenshu, Jiuwei, Zhongwan, and Langshu points with force, and repeatedly press the Taixi, Zusanli, Shousanli, and Quchi points.

From now on, when you feel dizzy, you can relieve your headache a little without going to the hospital. After all, massage is a treatment method without side effects! Massage can solve many problems for the body. If you always take medicine for headaches, you may become dependent on the medicine, which is troublesome. So if the pain is not particularly severe, it is better to use massage to solve it.
