There are white spots on the inside of the palm

The white spots on the palm of your hand are usually calluses. There are many reasons for this phenomenon, and it is closely related to excessive friction of the skin at ordinary times, which can cause skin hyperplasia and accumulation of stratum corneum, thus forming such a manifestation. Of course, this may also be caused by the long-term presence of bacterial toxins, causing a chronic irritation. When this happens, it can be eliminated through certain methods. Let us understand.

Mechanism of disease

Calluses are formed by the accumulation of skin stratum corneum that has lost its ability to grow (calluses on the feet are significantly more common than on other parts of the body). The long-term presence and stimulation of bacterial toxins in the callus tissue is one of the important reasons for the continuous proliferation of callus tissue.

The proliferation of callus tissue causes the following problems: local pain; the fungus under the callus is difficult to kill and athlete's foot is difficult to completely solve; cracks and bleeding of the feet; affecting the reflex stimulation of the feet; affecting the appearance and interest, etc. Therefore, removing calluses is a necessary foot care need.

The direct cause of repeated regrowth of calluses

1. It is the hyperplasia of the stratum corneum caused by frequent friction of the skin. (Hyperplasia type)

2. Another type is a layer of white fiber (toxin type) formed in the deepest layer of the callus skin.

How to reduce

① Calluses on the hands are medically called calluses. Sometimes it is related to the way of working, and frequent friction can easily cause calluses. Medically, you can use some keratolytic agents such as 5%-10% salicylic acid ointment, or even 30% salicylic acid collodion, which can be of some help to calluses.

② Calluses are formed when the skin rubs against objects for a long time. When you have nothing to do, rub the calloused area with your hands to promote blood circulation. Use scissors to cut off the epidermis above the callus. Use some body lotion regularly to make the calloused skin slowly return to its previous smoothness.

③ Soak your calloused hands in warm water, apply ointment or medicine prescribed by the doctor, and wrap them with gauze overnight. The medicine contains ingredients that can soften the stratum corneum on the soles of the feet. After the calluses soften, gently scrape off the dead skin with a knife, and then apply deeply moisturizing hand cream. Before long, the calluses will completely disappear.

1.5% concentration of medical salicylic acid: helps remove dead skin and soften calluses

1% concentration of medical fruit acid: big brands of skin care products contain fruit acid, such as La Roche-Posay, DHC, etc., which can delay aging and eliminate skin keratin.

Dried ginger powder: kills bacteria, promotes blood circulation, and promotes blood circulation in the feet. The foot is a root, and smooth blood flow in the foot is very helpful to human health. This is why many elderly people like to use old ginger powder to soak their feet for health preservation.

Milk essence: It is well known that washing feet with milk can soften the skin of the feet, make the skin tender, and leave a fragrance. Milk essence is an essence ingredient extracted from natural milk, which has stronger skin rejuvenating and whitening effects.

⑤ Use yogurt to remove calluses. Supermarkets often have promotions on expired milk at super low prices. You might as well buy some and take it home to soak your feet. Not only can it whiten your skin, but the lactic acid bacteria and acidic substances in the yogurt can soften the skin's stratum corneum and eliminate calluses.

It can also be removed with a pumice stone. Remember to give your hands special exfoliating care once a week. Use a small amount of scrub to massage your wrists to remove dead skin, then soak them in warm water with olive oil for 5 minutes. Finally, dry them and apply hand cream.
