How to distinguish stomach palpitations from heart palpitations

I believe that many people have had this feeling in life: heartburn between the stomach and heart, a very panicky feeling, but not knowing whether it is panic in the heart or in the stomach. The former is often related to a person being overworked and tends to gradually worsen the condition, while the latter is caused by unhealthy daily eating habits. So how do we distinguish between the two in daily life?

1 First, let’s talk about the palpitations caused by the heart. Most of them are related to activities, stress, and fatigue. When they occur, they may be caused gradually or suddenly. Some arrhythmias will cause this symptom, frequent atrial premature beats, frequent ventricular premature beats, and tachycardia will all cause this symptom of palpitations. Drugs taken by mouth to treat arrhythmias are generally effective.

2 Most of the panicky feelings caused by stomach upset are related to eating and have little to do with activities. Most of them occur when people are hungry, especially for patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, who can easily feel stomach upset when hungry. Usually it is relieved after eating. Oral heart medications have no effect. Generally, the two are distinguished by these symptoms, as their natures are different.

3. Palpitations and shortness of breath are symptoms of a sense of restless heartbeat, commonly known as "palpitations" or "heart palpitations". Traditional Chinese medicine also calls it "jerking" and "palpitation". Palpitations caused by fright are called fright palpitations, which come and go and are relatively mild. Palpitations caused by no stimulation are called palpitations, which occur at random and are relatively severe. Palpitations are characterized by palpitations. Palpitations are common in heart and brain diseases, and also in lung diseases, consumptive diseases, goiter, and other diseases.

4 Stomach palpitations may be caused by hypoglycemia. When the stomach cannot be supplied in time, blood sugar will drop sharply. In severe cases, people may suffer from intermittent shock, which is quite dangerous. You can always prepare a piece of candy and carry it with you. It is best to go to the hospital to check and determine the cause, because diseases such as diabetes can also cause such symptoms
