Blisters easily form on feet

If you have smelly feet, when choosing shoes, you must try to choose shoes with good breathability, because most people's feet are in an airtight fungal environment for a long time, which makes them prone to fungal infection, causing foot problems. Everyone should know that blisters are very easy to grow on the feet, and these blisters are accompanied by symptoms of itching and peeling. What should you do if you find blisters on your feet?

1. External fungal infection

The feet are used for walking. The more daily exercise you do, the more the feet will bear. To protect their feet, most people wear shoes and socks. Naturally, the feet are in a closed environment. The sweat glands in the feet are 2-4 times that of other parts of the body, which means that the feet are more likely to sweat. Sweat contains a lot of water, salt and urea. When the sweat reaches a certain amount, it will breed bacteria and fungi, leading to foot infections.

What should we do in this situation? First of all, we should wash our feet, shoes and socks frequently. These are places where sweat stains are easily retained and need to be cleaned in time to ensure that the feet are in a dry, healthy and hygienic environment. If blisters occur, try not to puncture them if they do not greatly affect walking, because fungi generally only move in the epidermis and old cortex of the feet. Puncturing the blisters without sterilization may cause infection. Therefore, it is recommended to apply topical medications such as tincture ointment. Of course, this can only kill the fungus on the feet locally. More importantly, hygiene needs to be maintained to avoid recurrence.

2. Inappropriate shoes

In life, it is inevitable that we buy shoes that do not fit, but we do not return them every time, so sometimes we just wear them. However, when we walk in inappropriate shoes for a long time, it will cause some trouble to our feet, such as blisters. Shoes that do not fit will inevitably cause unnecessary friction, and the continuous friction will cause foot injuries and blisters. In addition, if the shoes are too hard, the same problem will occur.

Therefore, we are required to be extra cautious when choosing shoes, and carefully select shoes of our own size. Generally, it is best to be able to fit a finger in after putting them in. If they are sports shoes, such as hiking shoes, sneakers, etc., they should be slightly tighter. When choosing the material of shoes, you should pay attention to the fact that they are hard on the outside and soft on the inside. The sole of the foot should have a certain slope to provide sufficient support for the arch of the foot. How to deal with blisters when they occur? First, clean your feet with clean water, puncture the blisters with a sterilized needle, clean the wound and apply iodine tincture. Try to reduce walking to avoid rubbing the wound. In addition, do not actively tear off the cortex around the blisters. Wait until the wound heals and falls off naturally.

3. Excessive exercise

Many people like shopping. Sometimes they play for a long time and then go home to find big blisters on their feet. This is because our long-term walking causes damage to the local cells on the feet. At this time, white blood cells will engulf the damaged units and repair the wound, forming blisters.

Exercise is very beneficial to the body, but you must pay attention to the amount of exercise. Excessive exercise can also cause harm to the body. If you walk a lot, put on a pair of soft socks to reduce friction and avoid injuries to your feet.
