Blisters under lips

Blisters under lips

The most likely reason for blisters under the lips is inflammation. There is fire in the body and it has not been removed. It is possible to vent it through your mouth. This causes blisters on the mouth, which contain tissue fluid. When you press your lips together, you will feel that the area where the blisters appear is a little hot, and you will also feel unusually uncomfortable and painful. If you have blisters under your lips, you can take some anti-inflammatory medicine. It won't be long before it recovers on its own.

In daily life, many people will encounter sores at the corners of their mouths and small blisters. This is oral herpes. Oral herpes is caused by infection with the herpes simplex virus, which is called "getting angry" in traditional Chinese medicine. It is prone to occur on the lips and corners of the mouth. It is often caused by colds, fever, fatigue, lack of sleep, depression, tension and anxiety, which lead to a decrease in immunity and the herpes virus lurking in the body to multiply, resulting in blisters at the corners of the mouth and the onset of the disease. It starts with a burning sensation, followed by clustering of blisters, erosions, and scabs. The course of the disease is about a week and may relapse.

Oral herpes often appears as small needle-sized blisters on the lip mucosa, usually in a group, or in two or three groups. The patient will feel a mild burning sensation and may heal on his own in about a week, but may also recur. If herpes occurs due to improper adjustment of the body's immune mechanism, or if secondary infection occurs after rupture, the course of the disease will be prolonged.

To prevent oral herpes, first of all, you need to ensure enough sleep and take a nap at noon. Secondly, pay attention to adjusting your diet structure. You should eat more fresh vegetables and supplement various vitamins. You should not only eat light foods, but should combine meat and vegetables, eat a variety of foods, drink plenty of water, and maintain a balanced nutrition in the body. Only in this way can you enhance the body's immunity and prevent the occurrence of oral herpes. Patients with fever must pay attention to oral hygiene. They should develop a good habit of rinsing their mouths after eating and brushing their teeth before going to bed, especially not eating after brushing their teeth. It is best to rinse your mouth with light salt water 1 to 3 times a day.
