How is fat excreted from the body?

The human body can eliminate fat smoothly through exercise or other weight loss methods, thereby achieving the effect of weight loss. If there is too much fat in the body, it will cause many diseases, which is very bad for the health of the body. However, many people are very curious. When the weight is reduced, where does the fat go? How is the fat excreted from the body?

First, how is fat excreted from the body? How is fat excreted from the body after burning? Experts say that during the weight loss (i.e. fat burning) process, 84% of the lost fat is converted into carbon dioxide gas and then leaves the body through the lungs; the remaining 16% turns into water. The water produced in this process may be excreted in the form of urine, feces, sweat, tears, or other body fluids. Of course, this moisture that is expelled can easily form again.

Second, weight loss is actually a process of "oxidation". Many people mistakenly believe that sweating is a sign of weight loss and that profuse sweating means fat burning. Actually, it is not. In fact, for people who want to lose weight, the triglycerides in their body must be broken down into smaller pieces, and this happens in a process known as oxidation. When a triglyceride molecule is oxidized, the process consumes many oxygen molecules and produces waste products - carbon dioxide and water. Scientists have calculated that to burn 10 kilograms of fat, a person needs to inhale 29 kilograms of oxygen. The chemical process of burning that fat produces 28 kg of carbon dioxide and 11 kg of water.

Third, the importance of controlling your diet and moving your legs to lose weight. In addition to calculating the amount of oxygen inhaled to burn fat, the researchers' calculations also pointed out the amazing energy content of some foods. For example, at rest, a person weighing 150 pounds exhales only 8.9 milligrams of carbon with each breath. Throughout the day, if the person just sits, sleeps, and does some light physical work, he or she will only exhale about 200 grams of carbon. Researchers say a 100-gram muffin could make up for 20% of the person's energy loss. On the other hand, replacing one hour of rest with exercise such as jogging can consume 40 grams of excess carbon in the body. Therefore, the trick given by the researchers is: if you want to lose weight, you only have two choices, either consume less carbon or exercise more to consume the excess carbon in your body.

How is fat excreted from the body? When human exercise reaches a certain intensity, fat will burn and convert into heat, and then be excreted from the body through sweat, thereby achieving the purpose of weight loss. Of course, sweating and dissipating heat during exercise will promote more fat burning, thereby achieving better weight loss results.
