Lymph node enlargement is the most common manifestation of this disease. 60%-70% of patients seek medical treatment due to lymph node enlargement. Lymph nodes are often painless, progressively enlarged and "rubbery" feeling. It is common to see enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, groin, abdomen and mediastinum. Enlarged lymph nodes can compress nearby lymphatic vessels, blood vessels, trachea, etc., causing limb edema, superior vena cava compression syndrome, etc.

Second, manifestations of extra-lymphatic disease

About one-third of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma originates from the lymphatic tissue of organs outside the lymph nodes. Primary gastrointestinal lymphoma is the most common extranodal lymphoma, accounting for about one-third of extranodal lymphomas, and often manifests with abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction and perforation. Primary respiratory tract lymphoma may manifest with chest pain, cough, hemoptysis and dyspnea.

Lymphoma involving the bone marrow may cause anemia and bleeding. Skin lesions may manifest as maculopapular rashes, lumps, ulcers, etc. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma can be primary or metastatic to any organ in the body, causing symptoms and signs of corresponding organ involvement, making the clinical manifestations diverse and varied.
