Drink it two or three times a day to prevent dry mouth and tongue, rising internal heat, sore and itchy throat, hoarseness, and drowsiness. It can also treat cough.

B. Eat Chinese wolfberry to treat night sleep syndrome: Eat 30 grams of Chinese wolfberry every night. The more chewed it is, the better. Keep doing this. For example, some people with cancer may also have dry mouth, so please do not take it lightly.
