How to use carbon deposit cleaning agent

1. When using this product, you should read the product instructions in detail and use it under the guidance of professionals. Cleaning methods include ultrasonic, spray, hot soaking, manual wiping, etc.

2. When using, the concentration of the cleaning solution should be adjusted according to the severity of the oil stain. Generally, the original liquid is prepared into a cleaning solution with a concentration of 5%~8%. Increasing the concentration can improve the cleaning ability. The detergent concentration is relatively higher when cleaning by manual wiping.

3. The best effect is achieved when cleaning at a temperature of 55~80℃.

1. Adjust the concentration of the cleaning fluid according to the severity of the oil stain, and rinse the workpiece thoroughly after cleaning.

2. Remove the floating oil on the surface of the tank liquid in time to avoid secondary pollution.

3. 1%~3% of cleaning agent should be added regularly every day. If the cleaning ability cannot reach the original level after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid.

4. Do not allow this product to come into contact with eyes. If it splashes into eyes accidentally, lift the eyelids and rinse with running water or saline.

5. To prevent excessive degreasing of the skin, please wear chemical-resistant gloves during operation.
