White hair is a particularly annoying substance. When there are too many white hairs in our body, we will find that our body has slowly begun to age. In fact, for some teenagers, white hair may also appear during adolescence. This phenomenon is also called premature graying and is related to the diet and psychological state during this period. So how can we achieve no white hair? Ways to reduce gray hair: 1. Walnut dip: 1000 grams of walnut kernels, soak in honey for 10 days, eat twice a day, 4 to 8 pieces each time. 2. Mulberry paste: Wash 1000 grams of fresh mulberries (or 500 grams of dried mulberries), add appropriate amount of water and boil, take the decoction once every 30 minutes; then add water and boil again, and take the decoction twice in total. Hair beautifying and blackening powder: Fry black sesame seeds, soybeans, peanuts, and walnuts in equal amounts, grind them into fine powder and mix them evenly. Take 1 teaspoon of it with milk, soy milk or boiled water before going to bed every day. (Note: Do not consume when suffering from diarrhea.) 4. Black hair porridge: 15 grams each of Cuscuta seeds and Poria cocos, 10 grams of white lotus seeds, 15 grams of black sesame seeds, and 100 grams of purple pearl rice. Wash all the above ingredients, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then move to low heat and cook into porridge, add a little salt and it is ready to eat. 5. Sesame paste: It has the effect of benefiting the stomach and intestines, preventing and treating gray hair, and keeping the skin tender. The ratio of black sesame to japonica rice is 1:1.5. First wash the black sesame seeds, dry them, and fry them until fragrant, but do not burn them. Then take out the rice that has been soaked for 1 hour, mix it with the black sesame seeds, and grind them together. After grinding 2 to 3 times, add water and filter with gauze. Repeat the filtering several times and then add appropriate amount of clean water to cook it into sesame paste. Add sugar and eat. 6. Unique black beans: Add a little salt to 500 grams of black beans, steam and dry them nine times, then bottle them for later use. Take 6 grams twice a day, regularly. 7. "Compound" black beans: 50 grams of walnuts, 50 grams of wolfberry, 500 grams of small black beans or large black beans, 60 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 50 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, and 50 grams of Cornus officinalis. First, add wolfberry, Polygonum multiflorum, Rehmannia glutinosa, and Cornus officinalis into water and cook them into juice; take the juice and cook until the walnut meat is soft and completely absorbed by the black beans. Take out and dry it before eating. Take 6-9 grams twice a day on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. |
