What are the symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders

In daily life, there are always some things that make us emotionally unstable, nervous and anxious. If this happens frequently and our body's resistance happens to be low, it will easily cause gastrointestinal disorders. This is why many people always feel stomach discomfort and do not achieve the desired results after using many methods to regulate their stomach. When the gastrointestinal tract is out of balance, some symptoms will appear and you must pay attention to them.

1. Women always drink water, but their skin is still dry

Many girls always say, I follow the beauty experts’ advice and drink at least eight glasses of water every day, but I still feel that the water I drink is not absorbed by the skin, and it is always excreted soon after drinking. This is our spleen and stomach being lazy. The spleen is specifically responsible for transporting water to various organs. If it is unhealthy, no matter how much water we drink, it will be useless!

2. Eating quickly

It goes without saying that people who eat fast have poor gastrointestinal absorption. This is because when eating fast, they chew each mouthful less, secrete less saliva, and naturally have poor digestion and gastrointestinal problems. If this continues for a long time, it will only lead to the above situation.

3. Unexplained diarrhea

Sometimes we don’t eat anything special, but our stomachs seem to be unable to bear it and we have diarrhea, but it gets better soon. We didn't take it seriously and thought it was nothing. In fact, this is also a warning from our spleen and stomach. We need to strengthen our diet and exercise to alleviate it.

4. Stomach pain

This is very obvious and we don’t need to explain it in detail, but we do not recommend massaging it when we have stomach pain. Be sure to take medicine in time to relieve the symptoms, and then be sure to improve your eating habits. When you abuse your organs, they will definitely rebound with their dissatisfaction to tell you.

5. Bad breath, dry stool

Such symptoms also mean that our gastrointestinal dampness and toxins cannot be completely eliminated. It makes our body feel uncomfortable, and if warnings are given but to no avail, it will escalate into constipation. We need to seek medical attention in time for treatment.

6. Lack of energy, fatigue and loss of appetite

I feel like I have no interest in eating, and nothing I eat seems very delicious. Moreover, my energy is limited every day, and I always feel tired and weak. This situation is also a warning from my stomach and intestines. Because our gastrointestinal motility is insufficient, we are unable to digest our food in time to provide energy to the body. Naturally, it is impossible to replenish the body with energy and strength in time, and if the stomach and intestines cannot digest food, people will not feel hungry, and sometimes even tongue coating will affect our sense of taste. So nothing I eat tastes good.
