What to do if blisters appear on your feet when wearing leather shoes

Leather shoes are made of leather material, so many new shoes do not fit well and are very uncomfortable to wear after you buy them. If you walk for too long, your feet will be rubbed, and blisters will appear on your feet. It is easy to get blisters on your feet if you wear leather shoes frequently. Please note that new shoes need to be treated before wearing, to avoid frequent blisters.

Leather shoes are shoes made of natural leather as the main raw material combined with other synthetic materials. Leather shoes have become people's favorite type of footwear. They can be worn on formal occasions as well as casual occasions. There are many styles of leather shoes, including business formal leather shoes, casual leather shoes, fashion leather shoes, outdoor leather shoes, work shoes, etc.

1. Don't walk long distances in new shoes. New leather shoes are generally quite stiff and can only be worn for long distances after they have been worn for a while and become fit. You can wear them for two days a day.

2. Use tape to stick the insoles to the place where the shoes and feet rub against each other. After a period of time, the leather shoes will no longer rub your feet. If you feel your feet sliding inside the leather shoes when walking, you must put insoles on them. This will prevent your feet from sliding and reduce friction.

3. Wear thicker socks. When wearing shoes, be sure to wear thicker socks to reduce friction between your feet and shoes.

4. Fold the part of the leather shoe that rubs your foot inward to make it concave, just like wearing slippers. Step on the leather shoe and leave it for a few days and it will feel much better.

5. Use a wet sponge to wet the part of the shoe that rubs your foot. Wait for an hour for it to soften and you will not be uncomfortable wearing it again.

6. Use white wine or a little white vinegar to wipe the injured part of the leather shoes and soak it for about 5-15 minutes.

7. Use hot air from a hair dryer and rub the heel gently with your hands to soften it. Once it is slightly soft, put it on and walk in it. It will no longer rub your feet.

8. Gently knead the area that rubs your foot with your hands to make the shoe soft, or cover the area that rubs your foot with a wet cloth, and then gently hit it repeatedly with a small hammer, but do not use too much force to avoid wrinkling the shoe surface.

Leather shoes are different from cloth shoes. When you buy new leather shoes, your feet will generally not feel completely comfortable when wearing them. No matter how well a new pair of leather shoes fits your feet, you will have to wear them once or twice before the new shoes will truly fit your feet. This is the characteristic of the material of the leather shoes themselves. There are so many ways to deal with leather shoes rubbing your feet. You can choose one of them, or use multiple methods depending on the effect. Based on my experience, I usually use the seventh method, which is quick and does not require complicated tools.
