How to reduce sebum and belly fat

First, use a skin test needle to inject anesthetics around the tumor and at the base. Then use a sharp blade to insert into the tumor at the most protruding part of the tumor (which can be marked before surgery) and squeeze out the contents. Some capsules may fall out with the contents. If they do not fall out or are not completely fallen out, the capsule can be extracted while performing sharp or blunt peeling with ophthalmic scissors. Because anesthetics have been injected around the area during anesthesia, the gap between the capsule and the surrounding tissues is expanded, making separation easier. The incision does not need to be sutured or can be sutured with one or two stitches of 6-0 cosmetic suture. This method is simple and the postoperative scar is not obvious. You may as well try it. Fusiform resection is simple. For infected surgery, it is recommended to remove the main tumor and then treat the cavity with iodine or 95% alcohol. Practice has shown that there is almost no recurrence (no patient has come back) and the scar is not obvious.

2. How to reduce abdominal sebum

Method 1: Eat less for dinner. If you eat too much at dinner, it is easy to indigestion, causing fat to accumulate in the abdomen, which will naturally grow into a small belly over time. Try to eat less and light meals for dinner every day. If you are not very hungry, only eat until you are 30% to 50% full. You may want to drink some yogurt two hours after a meal to aid digestion. Eating less at dinner is definitely the first prerequisite for helping you get rid of your belly fat! Method 2: Twist your waist while standing. Standing and twisting to reduce belly fat can be done at noon or in the evening, or when watching TV, during the commercial breaks. Stand up, straighten your chest and tighten your abdomen, then twist your waist left and right (similar to the twisting waist movement in belly dancing, you need to use the strength of your waist, not your legs or back) 100 times. Do it every day and it will definitely help you get rid of your belly fat!

Method 3: Do wall lunge yoga to lose belly fat. The wall lunge is one of the simplest exercises in the entire yoga weight loss exercise. It has only two steps and its function is to shape the perfect abdominal curve, which is what we usually call slimming the belly. Stand against a wall with your legs together, left hand on your waist, right hand stretched out to the side with your palm against the wall, head up and chest out, looking forward. Take a step forward with your right leg, bend your knees, and slowly lower your upper body into a right lunge. Pause for 10 to 15 seconds, then return to the original position and repeat the same action on the other side.
