What are the external treatments for flat warts

Flat warts are very common in clinical practice. They are a viral skin disease. Flat warts are contagious and must be treated as early as possible. External treatments for flat warts also have certain therapeutic effects. Flat warts can also recur, so you must pay attention to care.

1. Take 309 g of Dictamni Cortex, 309 g of Alum, 309 g of Purslane, 309 g of Isatis Root, 159 g of Safflower, add 2000 ml of water, boil for 15 minutes, fumigate and then wash the affected area, twice a day, 30 minutes each time. Generally, the skin lesions will turn white and soften after 2 doses, and all the skin lesions will disappear and heal after 6 doses, and are less likely to recur.

2. Wash the affected area first, disinfect the warts with 75% alcohol, then place an appropriate amount of fresh lantern grass leaves on the larger warts and rub them repeatedly. You only need to rub the larger wart and the other warts will disappear on their own. Rub until you feel a burning sensation or slight pain on the wart for the first time. Do not wash with water after rubbing. Do this once a day for 3 consecutive days. Generally, after 7 days of medication, the color of the warts will turn brown or gray, and after 15 days, the warts will disappear and heal.

3. Cut the garlic into slices with a thickness of 2 mm and a diameter the same as the size of the wart. Disinfect the affected area with 75% alcohol or iodine (iodine tincture), then fix the garlic slices to the affected area with adhesive tape. Change them once in the morning and evening every day. One course of treatment is 4 days. Generally, one course of treatment can cure it.

4. Take 2-3 fresh Patchouli leaves and rub the affected area for 3-5 minutes, twice a day. Generally, the warts will disappear or fall off in about 15 to 30 days, and the local skin will return to normal. Fresh Patchouli Leaves are effective in treating common warts, the method is simple, and there is no pain for the patients.

5. Take an appropriate amount of fresh black lotus, place it on a larger wart, and rub it repeatedly with your fingers until you feel a burning or slight pain. Do this 2-3 times a day. Wash the affected area before rubbing, and do not wash the affected area with water after rubbing. Generally, treatment lasts for 1 week. Just rub one larger wart and the others will go away on their own.
