How to use white vinegar to remove foot odor

White vinegar has a bactericidal effect, and using it to remove foot odor is actually a good method. It takes some time to use white vinegar to remove foot odor, and this operation must be done regularly, otherwise the bacteria on the feet will easily grow again.

Appropriate amount: soak the affected area in a mixture of a little vinegar and 40-degree hot water for about fifteen minutes and boil it. After it cools down, soak your feet in the amount of white vinegar to cover the lesion. Do it 1-2 times a day, each time for more than half an hour, for more than a week, and the athlete's foot will be cured. People who have excessive foot sweat and foot odor can sleep comfortably by adding some vinegar to the water when washing their feet before going to bed every night.

illustrate:

1. If the odor reappears, you can repeat the above method and reduce the soaking time accordingly.

2. If the foot basin or other utensils you use are fire-resistant, you can use them to boil vinegar. If the foot washing utensils you use are not fire-resistant, there are many ways to boil vinegar.

3. When washing your feet, soak your feet in warm water in a basin for two or three minutes. When your feet are warm, press the heel of one foot slightly above the toes of the other foot. Then push the heel forward to the toes and rub back. Pull back lightly and push forward heavily so as not to rub the skin.

4. The vinegar used for foot soaking can be reused repeatedly. Just boil it and use it. If there is less vinegar, you can just add more.

5. For the first-time patients, the symptoms of athlete's foot are relatively mild and can be used. However, it is best not to use it when blisters or skin lesions appear.

6. Just use vinegar without adding water. Either white vinegar or aged vinegar can be used. It is best to boil it before soaking your feet, otherwise the effect will be slightly inferior.
