The knee is a very important part of the human body and plays an important role in human life. Knee pain is a very common disease in daily life. Since it does not affect normal work and life, people usually ignore it. In fact, it may be synovitis. If it is not treated in time, it will bring many harms, so people need to seek medical attention in time. 1. Synovitis, most likely to target the knee joint Synovitis is a common disease, and it is a bit "picky", always targeting the knee joint. Synovitis is a sterile inflammation. The abnormal function of the synovium will lead to the inability to produce and absorb joint fluid normally. The change in the shape of the synovium will also invade the knee joint cartilage. The elderly are the most susceptible group, but young people and even children may also suffer from synovitis. Synovitis in the elderly is often secondary to knee arthritis. Knee synovitis in young people is mainly caused by knee sprain, various intra-articular injuries and infections, such as meniscus injury, synovial injury, etc., and is mostly manifested as acute intra-traumatic synovitis of the knee. If the internal injury is minor or long-term chronic knee strain causes the knee joint to gradually become swollen and dysfunctional, it will form chronic knee synovitis. 2. Symptoms of synovitis First, the legs are heavy. Especially on cloudy days, the heavy humidity is more obvious. Second, morning stiffness. I am not very sensitive when I wake up in the morning. Third, you can’t get up after sitting for too long. Fourth, the knee joint hurts repeatedly within a month. Fifth, there is some bone friction sound during exercise. When the above symptoms occur, you should be extra careful. 3. What happens if synovitis is not treated in time? 1. If synovitis patients are not treated in a timely or thorough manner, the disease will relapse repeatedly. Each relapse will become more severe and will eventually lead to loss of productivity in patients. 2. Synovitis seriously endangers physical health. In the cold winter or when the weather changes unpredictably, if the knees are cold or injured, it is easy to get or aggravate knee synovitis, that is, knee joint accumulation. If the knee joint is subjected to acute trauma or chronic strain, it will cause damage to the synovium, resulting in blood or fluid accumulation in the knee joint cavity, which manifests as swelling. 3. If not treated in time, it will cause knee deformation, and it will be extremely painful whenever the weather changes. The most serious patients will also experience muscle atrophy and even joint stiffness, eventually leading to paralysis. 4. Treatment of knee synovitis In the clinical treatment of knee synovitis and joint effusion, Chinese medicine mainly uses fluid extraction and hormone injection. However, as the saying goes, "if the water is cut off, the water will flow even more." Fluid extraction cannot actually solve the root cause of knee synovitis. Traditional Chinese medicine advocates internal treatment, believing that imported medicine is three-quarters toxic, so don’t take it orally if you can. Here are two small tips 1. Take wheat bran orally Ingredients: half a pound of wheat bran (the skin of flour), 2 taels of vinegar (either edible vinegar or rice vinegar), peppercorns (pinch them with three fingers), a handful of green onion roots, and half a tael of ginger. Usage: First pour 2 taels of vinegar into the wheat bran and stir. Cut the ginger into shreds and mix it with the peppercorns and green onions. If the scallion roots are wet, cut them completely with a knife. After mixing, put it in a pan and fry until it is hot to the touch. Then, put these tools in a cloth bag. After sealing the bag, use it to cover the front and back of the knees. Before going to bed in the morning, tie the cloth bag and get into bed to sleep. Generally, after 1 to 2 hours, the bag will become cool. At this time, remove the cloth bag. The next morning, take out the tools in the cloth bag, fry them in a pan to heat them up, and then tie them to the synovitis of the knee in this way. After three days of binding, all the information will be replaced. In mild cases, synovitis will be cured after half a month. In severe cases, depending on the severity of the condition, it can be cured by temporarily maintaining the condition. The ingredients in this prescription have the effects of promoting blood circulation and reducing inflammation. 2. Knee ginger patch The ingredients in ginger are beneficial to joints - ginger has the effect of inducing serotonin to lower body temperature, which can relieve dizziness and headaches caused by exercise and colds; gingerol ingredients can also inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, which can treat rheumatoid arthritis and detoxify bones and dispel cold. Ginger patch to protect your knees 1. Ginger patch can activate cell tissue, increase local blood flow, improve blood circulation, and enhance metabolic function, thereby treating joint pain. 2. Apply ginger patches to the painful area of the knee to dispel wind and dampness, reduce swelling and relieve pain, and assist in the treatment of various arthritis. 3. Ginger patch can prevent and treat arthritis, rheumatism and knee pain caused by cold and dampness, and has a good therapeutic effect. 4. Ginger patches can penetrate below the skin surface, dispel cold and dampness, and reduce inflammation without causing any harm to the human body. It is a truly green therapy. |
