How much liquor should I drink every day

Some people believe that alcohol is bad and should not be consumed because it is harmful to the body and can easily affect a person's spirit. However, some people believe that drinking a little liquor every day has many benefits to the body, such as preventing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc. In fact, drinking a moderate amount of white wine is very good for the body. Drinking some white wine in winter can also warm the stomach and body and drive away the cold. In fact, alcohol is like electronic products, with both advantages and disadvantages. As long as you grasp the right degree, it will be beneficial to people, but if you don't grasp it well, it will have an impact on the human body.

Most people drink alcohol from one glass at the beginning and then to a bottle and more and more, and even become addicted. Once addicted, it will not only affect their own body, but also cause harm to their family. That is why more and more people are disgusted with alcohol, and even turn pale at the mention of alcohol. Therefore, drinking a moderate amount of liquor every day is good for the body.

Drinking moderately every day is beneficial to longevity, because alcohol can speed up blood flow. If people can drink a little alcohol every day, the blood will flow faster and the circulation will be better, so the human body will enter the aging state later. But it is best to do it every day. It is useless to drink only once every few days. Drinking in moderation every day can also make people feel happy, so they can get twice the result with half the effort at work. There are many benefits of drinking. Although wine is good, you can't drink too much! Like other foods, wine goes into the stomach first, then passes through the duodenum to the small intestine. In the gastrointestinal tract, alcohol is absorbed by the mucous membrane, enters the venous system and then flows to the human body's chemical factory-the liver. So drinking alcohol damages the liver.

Some people will develop alcoholic fatty liver due to long-term heavy drinking. According to European and American guidelines, people who consume 80g of alcohol per day for more than 10 years are prone to alcoholic liver disease. This number is just an average. There are large individual differences, but we cannot generalize. So, how much alcohol is appropriate to drink every day?

Adult males: The amount of alcohol consumed per day should not exceed 25g, which is equivalent to: 750mL of beer; or 250mL of wine; or 75g of 38-degree liquor; or 50g of high-proof liquor.

Adult women: The amount of alcohol consumed per day should not exceed 15g, which is equivalent to: 450mL of beer; or 150ml of wine; or 50g of 38-degree liquor.
