Reasons for rapid heartbeat after meals, many dietary precautions

Many times we will find that our heart rate will speed up after a meal. For this phenomenon, we must pay attention to our daily diet and limit salt intake. Many people have a heavy taste, which is harmful to the body. Secondly, we should not eat too much.

1. Reasons for rapid heartbeat after meals

The rapid heartbeat after a meal may be caused by eating too much or too fast, which may cause the blood to be concentrated in the stomach and cause insufficient blood supply to the heart.

2. Dietary precautions

Salt restrictions: (daily salt intake should be less than 6g) 1. Condiments - salt, soy sauce, MSG, ketchup, etc. 2. Pickled products - kimchi, pickled vegetables, fermented bean curd, etc. 3. Salty - sausage, ham, bacon, etc. 4. Canned food - canned vegetables, canned meat, etc. 5. Others - instant noodles, large amounts of celery juice, grape juice, etc.

The amount of food consumed at each meal should be small and the total calories consumed per day should be limited. Eat until you are 70% full at each meal, and the amount of food you eat for three meals a day should be average. Or you can eat small meals frequently. The goal should be to maintain a standard body weight and not to overeat.

Limit fats and oils (especially animal fats). Try to eat lean meat and avoid fatty meat, chicken skin or duck skin. Avoid fried, pan-fried or flaky foods. Use vegetable oil, not animal oil.

Eat a balanced diet. Such as vegetables, fruits, fats (vegetable oils), grains, fish (lean), eggs, milk, and beans.

Avoid excessive intake of sugar and starch to prevent obesity. Such as sugar, candy, steamed buns, bread, potatoes, taro, corn, etc. 6. Eat more high-fiber foods to prevent constipation. Such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and foods containing lactic acid bacteria. 7. Avoid consuming high-cholesterol foods. Such as internal organs (brain, heart, liver, intestines), yolks (egg yolks, fish eggs), and seafood (oysters, lobsters).
