You can consume more protein and vitamins, add facial massage to speed up the blood circulation in your face, and the facial muscles will become active. Intake more protein, especially beneficial protein, and the fat should be increased. Of course, this can also be achieved through autologous fat filling.

Reduce fatigue by eating more high-fat, high-protein, and high-calorie foods, such as meat, eggs, etc. This will cause facial muscle fat to accumulate and change the face shape

(1) Teeth clicking exercise. Open your mouth as wide as possible and bite down hard. Repeat 30 times as a set, and do three sets. This exercise plumps up your cheek muscles.

(2) Place your index and middle fingers under your cheekbones and massage in a circular motion, 16 times per set, for three sets. The above methods can not only plump up facial muscles, but also promote blood circulation in the face, make the face rosy and improve the skin. It is effective if you feel sore facial muscles the day after exercise.

When using the above method, please note:

(1) The more times you do it, the better. In my experience, three sets of 30 times in each set is best. Too many times will have the opposite effect.

(2) It is better to practice every other day. This is the same principle as bodybuilding training. Give your muscles a day to rest.

(3) It must be combined with exercises for other parts of the body. If you only train your facial muscles, the effect will be very slow or even ineffective. You can train your facial muscles on the second day of bodybuilding training.

(4) Eat more eggs, milk, pollen and other foods. It's best not to smoke. Don't go to bed too late at night.

Using the above method, you will generally see results after 3-4 exercises. But please note that you must persist for at least half a year, otherwise the grown muscles will still atrophy.
