How to wash ink on clothes

If you accidentally get ink on your clothes when writing, don't worry too much. If the ink has stayed on the clothes for a long time and the area is large, you can send the clothes directly to the dry cleaner for cleaning, because this kind of ink stains are often difficult to clean thoroughly by yourself. If the ink is fresh, you can consider using milk or yogurt to clean it.

If stained with red ink, new traces can be soaked in warm water detergent solution for a while and then scrubbed; old traces can be washed with detergent first, and then scrubbed with 10% alcohol. If stained with blue ink, new traces can be scrubbed with ordinary detergent; old traces can be immersed in 2% oxalic acid solution for a few minutes and then scrubbed. Six grains of acetic acid dissolved in a tablespoon of hot water can be applied to remove the stain. For white cotton and linen clothes, you can use about one liter of hot water, one teaspoon each of baking soda and bleach to wash them. For thick ink stains, you can mix rice grains, paste and detergent, apply it on the ink stain, and rub it repeatedly with your fingertips until the ink stain disappears. Or put a digestive tablet on the ink stain,

The gelatin in the tablet is dissolved by the enzyme in the tablet, making it cleaner. Then soak it in a detergent solution containing enzymes for thirty minutes, then rub and rinse and no trace will be left.

For ink stains on white clothes, you can first moisten them with tap water, then with a mixture of slightly warm 3% hydrogen peroxide and 10% oxalic acid, and then wash them with water. For blue-black ink stains on clothing, take 1 part citric acid, 10 parts distilled water, and concentrated borax. 2 parts of solution, prepared as a remover. When preparing, first dissolve citric acid in distilled water, then add concentrated borax solution and mix well. Dip a brush in this agent and apply it to the blue-black ink stains on the clothing, then use absorbent paper to absorb excess solution. After the ink stains are removed, wash with tap water.

In fact, there are some ways to clean ink stains. For example, 96% alcohol can be used to clean ink. In addition, sodium sulfite or bleaching powder are also effective in cleaning ink. If there is ink on your white suit, you must not handle it yourself. You must send it to a dry cleaner for cleaning. Otherwise, if you clean it yourself, the ink stain may become larger and larger, making it more difficult to clean.
