What should I do if my shoes pinch my feet?

If the shoes pinch your feet, then your feet will definitely be very uncomfortable. People will not want to walk anymore if they wear such shoes. If you continue to walk in such shoes, your feet will hurt more and more every day. When it hurts, there will be many discomforts when walking. In severe cases, walking will be impeded. Shoes are auxiliary tools to help us walk. Everyone has a pair of shoes that suit them. So what should we do if the shoes pinch our feet?

1: Use a small hair dryer to blow on the part where your feet are rubbed for a few minutes, then stop, then blow for a few minutes again and stop. Repeat this several times. The area that has been blown will become much softer. Then apply a layer of hand cream with a thicker oil content. Your feet will not be rubbed when you wear them the next day. However, this method only works for leather shoes.

If that doesn't work, I have a lazy trick!

Just stick the Band-Aid directly on the part of the shoe that rubs your foot. This saves money and time. If your foot is already rubbed, stuff some soft gauze or toilet paper in the middle of the Band-Aid that is covering the wound and then stick it on.

2: It is best to consider changing a pair of shoes. If you cannot change, you can use the following method: use the steam from the spout of a boiling kettle to blow the inside of the shoes for a few minutes, wear a pair of thin socks at home to support them, wear them for an hour each time, and repeat if it doesn't work.

3: Pour vinegar on the folded toilet paper, and then put the toilet paper on the place where the shoes rub your feet. It will be OK after an hour.

If shoes pinch your feet when you wear them, you must change them. However, if the shoes are very expensive and still pinch your feet, you must choose the method we introduced above to deal with this situation. Sometimes shoes pinch your feet not because the shoes are too small, but because the shoes are too cheap, or there are problems with workmanship. In this case, timely handling can improve the pinching phenomenon.
