4 simple ways to protect your teeth

3. Eat more tropical fruits containing high vitamin C

Tropical fruits (fruit foods) contain high vitamin C, which can maintain healthy gums. If the deficiency is severe, the gums will become fragile and prone to disease, with symptoms such as swollen gums, bleeding, loose teeth or falling teeth.

4. Strawberry Teeth Whitening Paste

Prepare ingredients: one strawberry, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Mash the strawberries into a paste and mix it thoroughly with baking powder. Use a soft toothbrush to evenly apply the mixture on the surface of the teeth. After 5 minutes, brush off the mixture with toothpaste and then rinse your mouth.
