In spring, Yang energy is born from the liver, just like the seeds of crops are sown in spring; in summer, Yang energy grows in the heart, and the crops thrive under the sunlight; in autumn, Yang energy gradually retreats into the lungs, the crops are ripe, and the wheat is harvested in autumn; in winter, Yang energy is completely hidden in the kidneys, the harvested crops are bagged and stored, and will be sown again the next day. This is the process of the growth and storage of Yang Energy in a day. It is like a ring with no end. If any link is missing, there will be no good harvest.
