Small actions can bring great health, why don’t you take action?

For many people nowadays, they are busy with work and study every day. They don’t have extra time to exercise or care about their bodies. Some discomfort symptoms in their bodies are never relieved. Therefore, over time, they may accumulate into serious illnesses. So even if we don’t have time to exercise, we should do some appropriate activities and do some small movements to relieve the symptoms. The following seven simple movements can bring you great health if you do them every day.

Overlooking

Climbing to a high place and looking far away can adjust the eye muscles and lens, reduce eye fatigue and improve vision. The specific method is: every morning and evening, or when your brain is tired, go to your balcony or climb a mountain, rotate your eyeballs regularly and look straight at distant mountains, rooftops, spires and other scenery. If you persist for many years, there will be benefits.

Open your mouth

In the intervals between studying, doing housework or watching TV, open and close your mouth as wide as possible, mobilizing all the facial muscles and performing rhythmic exercises. This can speed up blood circulation, delay the aging of local tissues and organs, and make your mind clear and your spirit invigorated. The method is as follows: Sit on a chair or bed, open and close your mouth easily and rhythmically, each time opening and closing last 50 times for about 1 minute, and do it once in the morning and once in the evening.

Neck rotation

In your leisure time after meals, you can often do neck rotation exercises, which can not only refresh you but also prevent the occurrence of cervical diseases. The specific method is: sit on a chair, first raise your head, lean back as far as possible, then lower your chin to your chest, tighten and relax the muscles of your neck and back, and lean to the left and right 10 to 15 times, then lean your back against the back of the chair, and hold your hands behind your neck for a moment.

make a fist

Doing fist exercises every day can enhance the functions of internal organs, double a person's physical strength, and maintain high energy. The method is as follows: clench your hands into fists, exert a little force with your whole body at the same time, and then release them. Repeat 50 to 80 times, once in the morning and once in the evening. This method can be used by those who usually feel inattentive and lack energy.

Rubbing the nose

The nose is the gateway for human breathing. It connects to the natural world outside and to many important organs inside. Regularly massaging the nose can enhance local blood circulation, moisten the lungs, and prevent colds. The specific method is: use the middle section of the back of the thumbs of both hands to rub the tip of the nose 24 times after rubbing them against each other to warm them up, rub the sides of the nose 12 times each with the fingers of both hands, and scrape the bridge of the nose with your fingers, from top to bottom 10 times. The above three actions can be done at the same time.

Swallowing saliva

Saliva is closely related to longevity. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that if you have plenty of saliva and keep it in your mouth and swallow it slowly, it can moisten the five internal organs, nourish the skin, and prolong your life. The specific method is: first calm down, exhale gently three times, then stick out the tongue outside the teeth and inside the lips, stirring it up and down and left and right; when the mouth is full of saliva, gargle 5 to 10 times, and slowly send the saliva into the Dantian in 3 times. Practice producing saliva 3 to 4 times a day.

Tiptoe

Elderly people who often stand or sit for long periods of time often feel soreness and swelling in the lower limbs. In severe cases, varicose veins in the lower limbs occur, which is caused by poor blood return in the lower limbs. You may want to do the "tiptoeing" exercise once every hour. The method is: constantly lift your heels to ensure good blood circulation in your lower limbs. Because the blood returns to the lower limbs of the human body mainly by lifting the heels to contract and squeeze the muscles at the back of the calves, the amount of blood squeezed out during each contraction is roughly equivalent to the amount of blood discharged by each heart beat.
