How many times a day does breast cancer climb the wall

Wall climbing refers to finger climbing. Breast cancer finger climbing needs to be practiced three times a day, and the specific practice time should be based on not feeling tired.

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, originating from malignant cells in breast tissue. Early breast cancer generally has no obvious symptoms, but breast lumps, breast deformation, nipple discharge, breast skin changes, and pain or discomfort in the breast area may occur. Breast cancer patients are at risk of lymph node metastasis and may need axillary lymph node cleaning to examine and remove cancer cells in the lymph nodes. In the early stages after surgery, light and low-intensity exercise, such as walking, stretching exercises, wall climbing finger exercises, etc., is usually recommended to help restore strength and flexibility.

Finger climbing wall exercise requires a fixed position, fixed point and fixed time. Before the practice begins, the partition wall needs to be about 30-35 cm away as the fixed position of the exercise, and then the fixed point is marked on the wall with a label, and then start from the fixed point. When climbing the wall with your fingers, relax your shoulders and climb up as much as possible until your shoulders are sore and swollen. Repeat the exercise 3 times a day in the morning, lunch, and evening, each time for 5-10 minutes. When climbing the wall with your fingers, you can increase the height as a fixed point every 3-5 days until your arms are fully extended and there is no pain in your armpits. This stage of rehabilitation exercise can be completed.

During the postoperative rehabilitation period, moderate physical activity is very important to promote recovery, enhance physical function, and improve the quality of life. The specific exercise frequency and intensity should be determined according to personal rehabilitation progress, physical condition, and doctor's advice, and should not be changed without authorization to avoid secondary injuries.
