1. There are no special symptoms in the early stage of lymphoma. The main symptoms are swollen lymph nodes, repeated fever, itchy skin, cough, chest tightness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and other symptoms.

2. In the early stage of lymphoma, you can feel the swollen lymph nodes on the body. They are painless and itchy, so they are often ignored. In fact, this is an early symptom of lymphoma. About 60% of lymphomas are first found in the swollen lymph nodes in the neck. At first, there is only one swelling, and then the number increases and the swelling becomes larger. Due to the different invasion sites and ranges of lymphoma cells, the clinical manifestations are very inconsistent.

3. The early symptoms of lymphoma include the following three aspects:

Lymph node enlargement: includes superficial and deep lymph nodes. Its characteristics are that the enlarged lymph nodes are progressive and painless, hard, and can be moved. In the early stage, they are not adhered to each other, but can fuse in the late stage. It can be treated with anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis.

Local compression symptoms caused by swollen lymph nodes: mainly refers to deep lymph nodes such as enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, which compress the esophagus and cause dysphagia and compress the superior vena cava.

Systemic symptoms:

1 Fever: The fever pattern is mostly irregular, usually between 38-39°C. Some patients may have continuous high fever, intermittent low fever, and a few have periodic fever.

2. Weight loss: Most patients experience weight loss, with a reduction of more than 10% of their original body weight within 6 months.

3 Night sweats: sweating at night or after falling asleep.
