Breast cancer usually has symptoms such as breast lumps, changes in the nipples and areola, nipple discharge, and swollen axillary lymph nodes.

Breast lumps: Breast cancer is a malignant tumor caused by uncontrolled proliferation of breast epithelial tissue. Patients often experience breast lumps. Early patients present with a single small lump with a hard, rough surface and unclear boundaries with surrounding tissues, making it difficult to spread. Only a few patients experience varying degrees of hidden pain or tingling.

Changes in the nipple and areola: Patients with breast cancer may experience changes in the nipple and areola, which may include flat nipples, shrinkage and inversion, rough skin on the areola, erosions and eczema, and then ulcers, sometimes covered with yellow-brown scaly crusted skin.

Nipple discharge: Breast cancer patients may experience nipple discharge, including the discharge of serous fluid, milk, blood, etc.

Swollen axillary lymph nodes: Occult breast cancer, with no lumps in the breast, often presents itself as a symptom of enlarged axillary lymph nodes. The swollen lymph nodes are hard and may promote disease. As the disease progresses, the lymph nodes gradually fuse, adhere to, and become fixed to the tissues surrounding the skin.
