Bladder cancer is very common. This disease is a high-incidence disease, but because many patients do not know much about the disease, the disease worsens. To treat the disease, you should first make a correct diagnosis. If the disease is found, you should actively treat it and don't miss the treatment time. 1. B-ultrasound examination can measure the size, location and degree of mucosal infiltration of the tumor by filling the bladder and fully stretching the bladder wall mucosa. 2. Routine examination: After centrifuging urine, look for red blood cells under a high-power microscope to determine the presence of hematuria. This is the only way to diagnose hidden hematuria. It is simple and easy to use. This method can be used to detect early bladder cancer patients and can also be used as a routine examination item for high-risk groups. 3. X-ray angiography can be used to understand the bladder filling situation and the scope and depth of tumor infiltration. Combined with renal pelvis and ureterography, it can be used to understand whether there is hydronephrosis, ureteral infiltration and the degree of infiltration. 4. Cystoscopy can directly see the growth location, size, number, shape, presence or absence of pedicles, range of infiltration, and whether there is bleeding in the tumor. 5. Urine exfoliated cytology is a simple, easy and non-invasive examination method, which is of great value in the diagnosis of bladder cancer. About 85% of bladder cancer patients will test positive in urine exfoliated cytology. Even in the early stage of bladder cancer, due to the patient's decreased immune function, cancer cells have metastasized to nearby and distant parts, making treatment more difficult. Many cases will soon relapse, so regular follow-up and reexamination are necessary after surgery. Bladder cancer surgery only removes large areas of tumor lesions. Tumor cells scattered in the blood and lymph cannot be removed by surgery. Postoperative chemotherapy and biological immunotherapy should be considered. Both chemotherapy and radiotherapy are very harmful to the body, so biological immunotherapy is indispensable. Biological immunotherapy can kill residual cancer cells after surgery, improve the effect of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, enhance the patient's immune ability, and better prevent metastasis and recurrence. Don’t worry if you are diagnosed with a disease. Many treatment methods are quite effective. Although bladder cancer is a type of cancer, if you can treat it in the early stages of the disease, it is not a terminal illness. Patients should have confidence in facing the disease. |
