The characteristics of menstruation in cervical cancer may vary depending on the stage of the disease. In the early stages of cervical cancer, the patient's menstruation may not show obvious changes, and the cervix may look smooth or no different from chronic cervicitis. However, as the disease progresses, the patient may experience a series of menstrual-related symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding, prolonged menstruation, increased menstrual flow, and foul menstrual odor.

1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: Symptoms include continuous menstruation or vaginal bleeding between menstrual periods. This may be due to cervical cancer continuously irritating the cervical mucosa, causing bleeding.

2. The duration of menstruation may be prolonged: patients may feel that menstruation is difficult to end. This may be because the cervical mucosa of cervical cancer patients is fragile and prone to bleeding, and it is difficult to heal due to the poor vaginal environment.

3. You may feel an increase in menstrual flow: This may be due to cancer cells eroding the blood vessels around the cervix, causing the blood vessels to rupture.

4. Menstrual odor: If cancer cells cause local mucosal necrosis and shedding, and the patient is menstruating at this time, symptoms of menstrual odor may occur.
